PLAYING TOGETHER

Why can’t I see the reveal?

Answer for yourself and predict the other person’s choices for every question shown, then complete your side. Your shared reveal opens once both people finish and it is at least 8 PM on that completion date in the connection’s timezone. If both finish after 8 PM, the reveal is available then. Unfinished answers remain private. Older games keep their original questions and answers.

QUESTION FEEDBACK

A question is confusing.

Flag the question and optionally explain what feels unclear. Your comment goes privately to the founder’s question-feedback inbox, not to the other player. You still answer the question to complete the game.

PRIVATE CONCERNS

Report a concern privately.

Choose “Report a concern” from a connection, incoming invitation or saved report. Review the selected material, optionally explain your concern, then send it privately to Loam’s founder. Your partner cannot see the report or explanation. Open You → My concerns to check its New, In review or Closed status. Question feedback remains separate. The founder aims to acknowledge concerns within 24 hours and act or provide a progress update within 72 hours; these are handling targets, not guarantees.

INVITATIONS

My invitation link does not work.

Open the newest private invitation link in Loam and sign in if asked. Each connection is shared by two people. To invite someone else, open Garden, choose “Invite another person,” and share the new private link.

REMINDERS

I am not receiving notifications.

In the iPhone app, check your notification preferences and allow notifications when iOS asks. You can also enable Loam in iPhone Settings → Notifications → Loam. Check whether reminders for that connection are muted.

ACCOUNT & DATA

How do I export or delete my information?

Open You and choose “Export my data” to save a copy of your information. To delete one shared tree, open it from Garden, open the three-dot Connection options menu, and choose “Delete this shared tree.” Deleting ends the connection and unfinished games. The other person can keep completed reports that were already available, including your answers and shared reactions. “Delete my Loam account,” also in You, removes your account and private information; completed reports already available to your connections can remain in their Saved reports. Open You → Saved reports to read or remove copies you own. Quiet Grove privately hides a connection without deleting it. See the privacy policy for the complete data map.

CONTACT

Something still feels wrong.

Describe what happened and email cesar.rodriguez01@gmail.com. If a screenshot would help, remove any answers or personal details you do not want to share. Loam support is provided by César Rodríguez in the United States.
